Excellent service. 1st time we had to change locks. Rachel the agent who answered my call was very friendly, very knowledgeable and assured me she would ring me back to confirm when the locksmith would be calling. This she did within a couple of minutes of putting my phone down and the gentleman arrived within the hour. He explained the product in full, what he was going to do and the price. The lock was changed within minutes, no mess and card payment was made – job done! Again, excellent service, will definitely recommend to family and friends.
